By Archie Creative Studios provides branding, website design, social media, and related creative services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Services
All services are outlined and agreed upon prior to the commencement of a project. Any additional work outside of the agreed scope may incur additional fees and will be discussed before proceeding.

Pricing & Payments
All pricing is listed in AUD and is subject to change at any time. A deposit is required to secure your project booking, with the remaining balance due prior to final delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Projects are scheduled once the deposit has been received. Late payments may result in delays to your project timeline.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled after commencement, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.

Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions, which will be outlined prior to the start of the project. Additional revisions outside of this scope may incur extra charges.

Turnaround Times
Project timelines are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on client communication, feedback, and project scope. Delays in providing required content or feedback may impact delivery timeframes.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. By Archie Creative Studios is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late information.

Intellectual Property
Final designs will be transferred to the client upon full payment. By Archie Creative Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any concepts or designs not selected remain the intellectual property of By Archie Creative Studios.

Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Wix, or other tools). By Archie Creative Studios is not responsible for any changes, limitations, or issues arising from these platforms.

Limitation of Liability
By Archie Creative Studios will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue, or data, resulting from the use of our services or website.

Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
